Mary Ann Taylor
Mary Ann Taylor has completed the writing course from the Institute of Children’s Literature, and attended many workshops and retreats on writing picture books / early readers / chapter books, historical and fantasy novels. Her published works include short stories, articles, educational supplements, photo essays, and the three Gander’s Cove Mystery Series-- Spies, Traitors, and Heroes.
As a leader, Mary Ann has served as Regional Advisor of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrator (SCBWI), in the Southern Breeze Region (AI-GA-MS). She has sat on panels and led many workshops on the craft of writing. Currently, she is a member of the SCBWI and Mystery Writers of America
