All the world's a stage, and we're publishing it... for kids!
OnStage Publishing is a small, independent publishing house specializing in children's literature. We currently publish chapter books, middle-grade fiction and YA. In 2006, we reluctantly decided to put aside our hopes to produce picture books. We may at some time in the future change our minds. But at this time, we only produce fiction books for ages 8 to 18. We will not do anthologies of any kind. Query first for non-fiction projects as non-fiction projects must spark our interest. See our submission guidelines for more information. The Editor Talks:
To everyone who has submitted a manuscript, please be patient. We are currently about eighteen months behind. I have brought in outside help and we should get back on track...eventually! Please feel free to submit your manuscript to other houses. OnStage Publishing understands that authors work very hard to produce the finished manuscript and we do not have to have exclusive submission rights. Please let us know if you sell your manuscript. Meanwhile, keep writing and we'll keep reading for our next acquisitions.
